03 · the-story — where this began
It started with a plan that was already wrong by noon.
We watched a simple thing happen, over and over, in factory after factory. Orders grow. Products get more complex. And the morning plan — the one everyone agreed on at 9 am — is obsolete by lunch. A machine goes down. Material slips. One urgent job jumps the queue.
From there, the day becomes a scramble. Planners chase updates across email, WhatsApp and the ERP. Supervisors work off memory. Operators wait for someone to tell them what's next. Rework piles up, deadlines slip, and margin leaks quietly — one job at a time.
The problem was never effort. It was that no single person could see the whole picture at the moment it mattered. That's the gap we set out to close.
