We're onboarding our first pilot customers

AJ

Anurag Joshi

For the last several months we've been building Wisemove alongside a working factory — real orders, real breakdowns, real Monday mornings. The team stood on the shop floor, watched supervisors chase phone calls instead of moving material, and listened to planners describe the same day three different ways depending on who you asked.

Today we're opening a small batch of pilot seats for more manufacturers who want in early. Not a demo, not a trial with synthetic data — a real production system running on your live orders.

What a pilot looks like

You're not a test case. You're a partner building this with us. We'll wire Wisemove into your actual channels — email, WhatsApp, your ERP — and watch it run on your live orders. Our team sits with you for the first month, learning how your floor really works, where the plan breaks, and what feedback matters most.

Every week you tell us: where did the system get it wrong? Where did it miss something obvious? Which features would actually save you time? We take that feedback directly, build the next version, and ship it to you first. You see the changes land weeks before anyone else.

There is nothing to install on day one. No ERP migration. No retraining every operator. Wisemove sits on top of whatever you run today — Tally, SAP, Busy, or the homegrown system your cousin built five years ago. It listens to the channels you already use: email, WhatsApp, Excel sheets, phone notes.

What pilot customers get

  • Direct input into the product — your feedback changes what we build next week, not next year
  • Early access to every new capability as it ships — you'll use features weeks before anyone else
  • Preferential pricing, locked in for life — no surprise price hikes once you're running live orders on Wisemove
  • Dedicated support from the founding team — not a queue, not a ticketing system, us
  • Weekly check-ins for the first month, then monthly — we're there when things break or get confusing

What we ask in return

Honesty. Tell us where the plan is wrong. Tell us where a summary missed the point. Tell us about the update that the floor never saw because it was buried in the message queue. Pilot customers shape what Wisemove becomes — that feedback is the whole deal.

You don't have to commit to paying. If after two weeks it's not saving time, we'll shut it down and walk away with no hard feelings. But if it works, we'll build something together that fits your factory exactly.

Why we're doing this

Wisemove exists because we watched good planners and floor supervisors waste half their day fighting the plan instead of executing it. A schedule that doesn't listen becomes a fairy tale by noon, and everyone goes back to firefighting. We're building something that listens — that catches changes the moment they land and folds them into the plan before anyone is confused.

Seats are limited because we onboard each factory personally. We want to know your machines, your lead times, your biggest chaos moment each week. We want to be there when the first update lands and see how the system responds. That takes time, and we can't do it for everyone at once.

How to apply

Visit wisemove.ai/contact and choose 'I want better production control' from the dropdown. Tell us what you make, how many machines, and what hurts the most on a typical Monday morning. The walkthrough takes 45 minutes — in Hindi or English, nothing to prepare. We'll respond within one working day.

sounds like your floor?

Bring one messy week. We'll show you the same week, organised.
